Where to from here?

It's been a very long ride, but the first chapter has now closed on Anne and Dominic's lives.

As for my next project(s) ... I have been thinking about doing a sequel for some time now. I'll have to sit down and figure out if I have another story about these characters in me. That probably won't happen until after NaNoWriMo is over, though. Until I decide one way or the other, I've been thinking about posting a few vignettes of what's going on with Anne and Dominic. If I do write a sequel, it would take place 1.5-2 years in the future. These vignettes would cover some of the time between the stories. I have one scene in mind already. We'll see if I can think of any other scenes.

Anyway, there's a certain blond who's been sitting on the sidelines, impatiently waiting the sequel I promised her after finishing Nothing to Say. I'll have to see if I can come through on that promise.

Thank you to everyone who's been reading my story. Your support has meant so much to me. This has been a "story of my heart" and it makes me happy to know that others have also enjoyed it.

Whereever you take us, it will be wonderful. And yes, the passion you must have felt writing it came through very clearly, and swept the reader right along with you.

I think Anne and Dominic are happy for the moment ... I've actually had days where they're not constantly yammering away in my head! I hadn't even realized it until now.

I never commented, but I loved the story since I began it and I will be starting over from the beginning soon just to experience the whole thing. I came late but you did a great job with all of it!

Have you considered, or done, a how-to on posing, where you got the things you needed for this (such as clothing, carriages, etc), and other things like that? Your stories are amazing and I'd benefit from your advice.

A how-to? Yikes! The one time I tried I couldn't duplicate the shot I was trying to explain! Of course, that was before the Freezer Clock (by treeag at mts) was released ... back during the wild frontier days of Sims posing. I <3 that Freezer Clock passionately ... best story writing tool *ever*! Anyway, that tutorial is here. As for what cc I used, I did create a list early on, here. Much more has been created since then, but if you look through modthesims and some of the sites I list there you should be able to find them.

HystericalParoxysm has a great tutorial called "Taking Totally Bitchin Pics" here and she compiled a great starter collection of mods/props here. The content isn't actually included with it, but she does have links to the items.

You should also check out the weheartoverlays lj community and simhaven. [info]goodbye_sun has provided a wealth of info there for storytellers!

It has been a wonderful journey and I hope you do continue. And the vignettes sound wonderful!

I like the idea of non-stress scenes here and there. I'm enjoying the freedom of actually being "done".
